Sunset Tour

Tour detail- We will start the tour with jeep ride to desert, visiting monuments and villages on the way. Jeep will drop us on a camel pick-up point and we will have camel ride to go to our Sunset point. After watching a beautiful sunset over the sand dunes, we will have dinner at desert camp & enjoy the cultural program and return to hotel by Jeep.
* The tour could also be organised without camel safari and you visit the sunset point by Jeep directly.

Overnight Camel Safari

this Overnight Camel Safari is also taken on the Non-Touristic and Off-the Beaten Track. It is ideal for those who want to live the nomadic desert life and connect with themselves.

This safari also allows you to explore the Thar desert on a camel and you will witness a varied landscape which includes arid scrub land, fields, rocky, outcrops, dunes, huts, temples and some local wildlife. The key highlight of this safari is that you will spend the night sleeping under the stars in a warm & cozy bedding.

This overnight camel safari starts at around 6:30 in the morning and ends at around 5:30 pm, the next day.

Half Day Safari

Your itinerary starts with the departure from Jaisalmer by jeep at 2:00 pm (October to March) or 3:00 pm (April to September) to the camp, a drive of 60 km. Starting from the camp, you can enjoy an afternoon camel ride to isolated sand dunes, visiting some Dhanis (small villages) on the way. While riding on your camel you can experience the beautiful sunset after which you will arrive at the dunes for chai/tea/coffee and can watch your tasty dinner being freshly prepared for you over the camp fire. After dinner, campfire and star watching we return to Jaisalmer by jeep. Your tour ends at 9:00 pm (flexible, according to the group’s wishes).

Full Days Camel Safari

Your tour departs from Jaisalmer early in the morning at 6:00 am with a 60 km jeep drive to the camp. Sunrise is something not to be missed, so why not start with it over breakfast at the camp? 8:00 am to 12:00 noon – The adventurous camel safari begins, visiting various villages in the remote areas and experiencing the desert wild life. 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm – Lunch followed by rest in the shade of trees near the oasis (because the sun is fierce). 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm – Now you can experience the stark beauty of the mysterious desert which beckons you to enjoy a magical sunset evening and an adventure you will never forget. 7:00 pm – Returning to Jaisalmer by jeep with lasting memories of an exotic desert adventure. There are facilities available free of charge to leave your luggage before or after the tour if you are arriving or leaving close to the departure/return time. For a small charge there are also shower facilities available.

Overnight Jeep/Camel/Jeep Tour

DAY 1 :

Your departure for the tour is at 2:00 pm by jeep to the campsite, 60 km outside of Jaisalmer.

3:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Camel ride, visiting some beautiful villages on the way and arriving at the sand dunes in time for sunset.

After experiencing the impressions of the desert you can enjoy a delicious dinner, prepared for you over the camp fire. Sleeping beneath the star studded sky on your clean bed roll you are bound to have the dreams of the desert.

DAY 2 :

8:00 am to 11:00 am – After sunrise and breakfast another camel ride, then transfer back to Jaisalmer by Jeep for 12 noon.

There are facilities available free of charge to leave your luggage before or after the tour if you are arriving or leaving close to the departure/return time. For a small charge there are also shower facilities available.

Two Days And One Night Safari

DAY 1 : The tour departure is early in the morning at 6:00 am by jeep to the campsite outside of Jaisalmer; a drive of 60 km. Breakfast is served with the stunning sunrise at the camp. 8:00 am to 12:00 noon – The exciting camel safari starts visiting Unda village (a traditional Rajput village) and after that Bheelo ki Dhani (a village of tribal people). 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm – Lunch followed by rest in the shade of trees near the oasis as the sun is fierce. 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm – The camel trek starts again from Koda village (Mixed caste village). Watch native wild life and see villages while riding through isolated sand dunes (Khayala).
The trek continues across the desert and we stop to watch the beautiful sunset before arriving at our campsite. After the day’s desert experiences you are welcomed to a delicious dinner, freshly prepared for you over the camp fire; and when you are sleeping beneath the star studded sky on your clean bed roll you will have the dreams of the desert.

DAY 2 : After sunrise and breakfast, the tour continues with the adventurous visits to villages and sand dunes. 8:00 am to 12:00 noon – You will experience the desert environment and get a glimpse of the desert vegetation and the exotic creatures on the sand (along with two villages on the way if you wish to visit them). 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm – Lunch and rest in the shade of trees. 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm – You can enjoy camel riding and galloping along the way while reaching the campsite before returning to Jaisalmer by a one-hour jeep drive. 6:30pm – The tour ends.
